All returns and/or exchanges must be within 7 days upon receipt and must be in the exact same condition as received. All returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee less Shipping. Special orders are not subject to return. You must email or call for full return & exchange instructions all items shipped to our facility must be packaged appropriately.
MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED TO US WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT.
